Spencer and I got to know each other pretty well after going to college together for a few years. Our shared passion of photography allowed me to learn a lot about his style and the way he shoots. One thing that always stood out was his love for the water. He mentioned how blue tones almost always seem to find their way into his photos, often subconsciously. It wasn’t long before we had a clear direction to take for his new logo.

The connected S’s are used as a consistent visual element that allows the logotype and logomark to remain cohesive and recognizable, even when displayed independently of each other.
